Brown, Chad Trujillo, and David L. Rabinowitz using images originally taken on October 21, 2003, at the Palomar Observatory.

A couple other things that also took place on this day are:

1971 – Harlem Globetrotters lose to the New Jersey Reds in overtime.

1973 – Bruce Springsteen’s first studio album, “Greetings From Asbury Park, NJ“, is released.
